in a piece of nanduti lace. The making of nanduti lace is a tradition begun
by Paraguay's Guarani Indians.

the palm leaf shapes, along with the wheel shapes found in Teneriffe.
In the best quality pieces you can also find elaborate fillings as those found in the doily on the left and in the Closeup of center. |

Poorest- simlpe and flimsey which fall apart in the wash Average - has more Needleweaving and fillings in the wheeles <--Best- decorative fillings known as jojoba and hold it's shape when washed and blocked. |
