Location: Located in the Dender valley west of Brussells. Home to a needlelace school and manufactory founded by Minne-Dansaert. Other businesses followed . Lace was very productive there in 1800's

Lace: Famous for it's Venetian type needlelace and rose point lace.  Today there is still a production of the faster but lesser quality "Renaissance lace".
