Fans:
Either hs with ws edging
Or all ws with a twisted ws edging
Tw2 when pairs leave the fan

Ground: hs pin ps tw1

Foot side:
ws through edge gimp tw3
ws edge pairs and tw3 (both)
Place pin to left of edge pairs
ws left hand pair back through gimp

Gimp can be used to gather the lace.

Spider:
Work ground
Tw4 four centre pairs
(ground already provides tw2)
